NPFL Match day 25 mid-week Preview: Plateau utd aiming to continue their home form as they battle Kwara utd,Enyimba ,Rangers and Kano Pillars all on the road .


We move in to another mid-week   action in the Nigeria professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 25 games across 10 centres .as we preview some key fixtures of the NPFL Matchday 25 Mid-week games

Plateau united vs Kwara united

 League Leaders,Plateau united aiming for all three points against Kawara united at the New Jos Stadium on Wednesday afternoon. The Jos based club on Sunday defeated Nasarawa united 2-1 to stay top of the league with 46 points after 24 games and with another point on the bag will push them further and closer for the title . while in the case of the Ilorin based club,Kwara united who picked up a hard fought 1-0 victory over Wikki Tourists in llorin on Sunday .and knowing that picking points away from home will give them the chance in other to stay in the league but I don't see that happening so I fancy Plateau united picking all three point in this .

Dakkada FC vs Ranger International

Dakkada FC starting the league on a high note and they even picked up all three points when they visited Rangers in Enugu (2-0) and was one of the surprise package for the season but since them things has not gone quite well for the Uyo based club and have fallen down the parking order among the top 6 teams . last weekend 2-1 defeat away at Nnewi has brought Dakkada FC back to earth knowing that a victory against Rangers  this mid-week will push them.closer to the top five teams . Rangers are coming in to this game on a back to back home wins against Katsina united and Rivers united .so it will be a difficult game to call at the Nest of champions ,Uyo .so I fancy this game to end in a draw .

Adamawa united vs Enyimba FC



Enyimba coming into this game in a high spirit after thrashing Sunshine Stars 3-0 at the Enyimba international stadium, Aba on Sunday with the clear aim of picking all three points away at Gombe against struggling, Adamawa united who lost 2-1 to Abia Warriors on Sunday. So I fancy Enyimba picking at least a point in this game.

LMC Fines  Abia Warrior 5 million Naira over disruption in matchday 20 fixture against Enyimba in Umuahia The league Management company (LMC) have fined Abia Warriors 5,000,000 over crowd disruption of the matchday 20 fixture against Enyimba in Unuahia . The fine is expected to be paid by Abia Warriors within 10 working days in a summary jurisdiction exercised by the LMC. Abia Warriors will also play a minimum of their next three consecutive home matches behind closed doors with no fans before a possible review which can only be carried out if the LMC is satisfied that conditions which led to the disruption has been completely eliminated. Out of the 5 million naira fine ,Enyimba will receive 2.5 million naira as compensation for injuries and damages to property . Abia Warriors have 48 hours to accept in writing,this decision or seek to appear before a panel
